About this Small Business Owner

My name is Michelle Pavel and I am the proprietor of this BestBuys4Business.com
(a subsidiary business of Protext Pty Ltd). My official title is that of Business Enhancement Educator, which means I help small businesses develop their business. This is done in many ways, some of which are listed below:

- setting up business
- developing processes and procedures
- producing quality outputs
- developing business improvement techniques
- establishing offline & online customer explosion strategies
- setting up content for websites and intranets
- writing and desktop publishing
- establishing a quality management plan and system
- creating new and unique business ideas

As a green young adult, I knew that I would be happiest working in business where I could establish business systems. Even though I started off as a branch secretary for the ANZ bank, I moved onward and upward as the years passed and my confidence and skills developed. Of course, there were a lot of jobs during my career enhancement and a huge amount of study and personal growth, but it has been a great learning journey. The industries I have worked in include banking, construction, IT, communications, chartered accounting, real estate, beauty, government, law enforcement and defence. As you can see, a wide range of areas, which helped me to gain a broader understanding of business requirements. Now (in my career) I do what I love to do and what I feel I can do best, which is:

- business process analysis
- quality system development
- process and procedure implementation
- small business marketing and advertising
- editing and proofreading
- desktop publishing
- creating forms and templates
- technical writing and technical editing
- copywriting

Working in these areas keeps me motivated and driven to realise my own goals and dreams. Just like you, I have a desire to be highly regarded in my profession, extremely successful, and time rich; so that I can do other things I love to do, such as being with my family and enjoying our life together.

Now I don't confess to know everything, far from it, but I am here to help you, a SBO, by providing you with small business information, advice, eproducts, services and support to help you achieve your business success.
