I also wanted to ask if anyone has experienced client dissatisfaction before and am curious how you have dealt with this? I have been in the PR and communications field for the last seven years and have recently opened my own writing business.
You inspired me to write a post about customer dissatisfaction; something I experienced recently and was extremely upset about.
Keep in mind, the customer is not always right, but you need to do what you can to rectify a situation if it goes bad. It is your reputation after all.
