Over the past years I have been searching for my ‘purpose’. Something (besides my darling family) for myself, that will help me to achieve high levels of personal satisfaction in my career. I set out to study mentors in the internet marketing industry as well as personal development mentors. This has helped me to define what I need to do to achieve that job satisfaction.

That satisfaction, confidence, and sense of achievement comes from my knack for identifying areas within a small business that need improvement or repair.

Believe it or not I am very passionate about helping others and because I have the relevant experience and skills it is a no brainer on what my future direction is.Luckily my past work experience in business writing, quality assurance , office management, and process mapping compliments my love for marketing, so I am  also good at doing the fun stuff like social networking, internet marketing, web design, SEO, advertising etc. I love it.

I am not your average coach though, because I have experience with quality assurance, business process analysis, process re-engineering, marketing, and technical writing. This means, for you, that  I can see areas of improvement within your business by doing a brief internal audit; talking to staff and managers; and obtaining customer feedback.

Background

As a green, enthusiastic, young adult I knew that I would be happiest working in business where I could establish business systems and be creative. Even though I started off as a branch secretary for the ANZ bank, after five (5) years, I moved onward and upward as my confidence and skills developed. Of course, there were a lot of jobs during my career enhancement and a huge amount of study and personal growth, but it has been a great learning journey. The industries I have worked in include banking, construction, IT, communications, chartered accounting, real estate, beauty, government, law enforcement, landscaping, and Defence.

As you can see, a wide range of areas; this helped me to gain a broader understanding of business requirements. Now (in my career) I do what I love to do and what I feel I can do best, which is in the above list.

Working in these areas keeps me motivated and driven to realise my own goals and dreams. Just like you, I have a desire to be highly regarded in my profession, extremely successful, and time rich; so that I can do other things I love to do, such as being with my family and enjoying our life together.

Now I don’t confess to know everything, far from it, but I am here to help you wherever I can.
