This is the system that I have developed – starting with customer satisfaction (the most important element of your business) each component feeds into the other to produce the desired outcome of high levels of customer satisfaction (which also leads to satisfaction for yourself and your staff, believe it or not).

You will notice that as you identify each component’s requirements and apply those to each of your key products/services, there will be opportunities for identifying issues that may be causing some of the problems in your business. The pot of gold represents your target, get them all right and working together, and well-ah, your pot of gold!
